The budget funds of the town of Twisp identified as "street fund" and "arterial street fund" are hereby merged and combined into one fund identified as "street fund" and the "arterial street fund" is hereby abolished.

The items of income and disbursement set forth in the arterial street fund by the town budget for the year 1991 are hereby transferred to and merged into, and added to, the street fund, and receipts and disbursements heretofore provided in the arterial street fund shall be made as street fund revenues and disbursements.
