§ 10.04.010 Making false report deemed misdemeanor. Every person who, with intent to deceive, makes a false report to any fire department in Kitsap County of the existence of a fire or the location of a fire is guilty of a misdemeanor.(Ord. 34 (1966) (part), 1966)
