Town of Twisp, WA Chapter 9.40 ENTRY TO TOWN SWIMMING POOL

§ 9.40.010 Entry to pool without authority.

Any person who shall, without authority, enter upon the premises known as the Ernst O. Wagner Memorial Pool, located in the town of Twisp, Washington, and/or the swimming pool bathhouse adjacent thereto, or who shall, without authority, be found within the fenced enclosure surrounding said swimming pool and bathhouse, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

§ 9.40.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person found to be guilty of a violation of TMC § 9.40.010 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or a jail term of not more than 30 days.
