A person is guilty of obstructing a public servant if he:
(1)
Refuses or knowingly fails, without lawful excuse, to make or furnish any statement, report or information lawfully required of him by a public servant or officer; or
(2)
Knowingly makes any untrue statements in any such statement to a public servant or officer; or
(3)
Knowingly hinders, delays or obstructs any public servant or officer in the discharge of his official powers or duties.
