It is unlawful for any person to give or otherwise supply liquor to any person under the age of 21 years or to permit any person under 21 years of age to consume liquor on or in his premises or on any premises under his control; provided, that this section shall not apply in the case of liquor given or supplied to a person under the age of 21 years:
(1) 
By his parents or guardian;
(2) 
By his physician or dentist for medicinal purposes; or
(3) 
In connection with recognized religious services.

It is unlawful for any minor to misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of aiding, abetting or benefiting from any of the acts prohibited in this chapter.
