No person shall park a vehicle, including motor vehicles, motorcycles, trailers or place mobile personal property, including but not limited to boats, motorcycles, or snowmobiles, upon private property for the purpose of displaying such property for sale, without the consent of the owner of the real property on which the vehicle or personal property is located.
