§ 2.16.010 Community Development Department – Created.

There is created a Community Development Department for the City of Winslow.

§ 2.16.020 Office of Director – Term of Office.

There shall be a Director of the Community Development Department who shall be appointed by the City Manager.

§ 2.16.030 Duties.

The Director of the Community Development Department shall direct and oversee the Department, including the planning and zoning, code compliance, building inspector and permits, public grants, economic development and other duties as assigned by the City Manager.
