The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings published May 1, 1994, and all subsequent amendments or additions thereto, is adopted and effective in the city.

The board of adjustment shall hear all appeals from any matters arising from the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate any of the provisions or requirements of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings as adopted by the City of Winslow, and any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions or requirements of said code, shall be guilty of a Class II misdemeanor. Each separate day, or any part thereof during which any violation of this chapter shall occur or continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as provided by State law.
