The minimum lot area to be landscaped as a percentage of total lot area shall be as follows:
A. 
Five percent in the industrial zone;
B. 
Twenty (20) percent in the multifamily and commercial zones;
C. 
Thirty (30) percent for any nonresidential use in a residential zone.

A. 
For each multifamily or nonresidential use, a fifteen (15) foot wide strip of land adjacent and parallel to any single-family district shall be landscaped.
B. 
For each nonresidential use, a fifteen (15) foot wide strip of land adjacent and parallel to any multifamily district shall be landscaped.
C. 
For each loading dock or service drive, a twenty-five (25) foot wide strip of land adjacent and parallel to any residential district shall be landscaped.
