Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of Chapters 5.05 through 5.100 KMC shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as set forth in KMC § 1.15.010 and 1.15.020.

In addition to or as an alternative to any other penalty provided herein, any person violating any provision of Chapters 5.05 through 5.100 KMC shall be subject to a civil penalty as provided in KMC § 1.15.010 and 1.15.020.
