Publicly owned golf carts, as the term "golf carts" is defined in ORS 801.295, that are not licensed by the State of Oregon, shall be permitted to use all public roads within the City of Harrisburg.

Golf carts shall at all times be operated in a safe and prudent manner, obeying the rules of traffic.

Golf carts shall display an approved emblem denoting the golf cart as a slow-moving vehicle, and shall be equipped with a flashing amber light.
