City of Harrisburg, OR Chapter 15.15 FIRE CODE

§ 15.15.010 Code adopted.

The 2019 Oregon Uniform Fire Code, as now constituted, is adopted. Violation of the provisions of said chapters shall be an offense against this City and the offense procedures and penalties provided therein insofar as possible apply to the City of Harrisburg.

§ 15.15.020 Severability clause.

If any section or sections of said Uniform Fire Code are hereafter declared to be invalid, unconstitutional or unenforceable as regards the City of Harrisburg or the jurisdiction of the City of Harrisburg, it shall not affect any other section of the Uniform Fire Code or ordinances.

§ 15.15.030 Construction standards and OAR.

All construction standards and applicable administrative rules relating to fire codes that have been adopted by Linn County and the State of Oregon are adopted and are applicable to the City of Harrisburg.
