§ 2.19.010 Established – Duties. (a) Established. The city clerk position is hereby established and shall be appointed by the city manager.(b) Duties. The city clerk's duties are pursuant to RCW 35A.42.040 and ordinances of the city.(Ord. 1390 § 2, 2005)
