(a) 
Adoption by Reference. The Domestic Violence Prevention Act of the State of Washington, Chapter 263 of the Laws of 1984 Regular Session, is hereby adopted by this section by reference as and for the Domestic Violence Prevention Act of the city of Fircrest as if set forth in full in this chapter.
(b) 
Filing of Ordinance. Incident to the adoption of the Domestic Violence Prevention Act by reference by this chapter, two copies of the text of the adopted Domestic Violence Prevention Act shall be filed as required by RCW 35.21.180, for use and examination by the public.
