Every person who shall light a pipe, cigar or cigarette in, or who shall enter with a lighted pipe, cigar or cigarette, any mill or other building with notices posted in a conspicuous place over and near each principal entrance, in plain legible characters, stating that no smoking is allowed in such building, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon or discontinue use or to permit or to maintain on his premises any abandoned or unused well, cistern or storage tank without first demolishing or removing from the city such storage tank or securely closing and barring any entrance or trap-door thereto or without filling any well or cistern or capping the same with sufficient security to prevent access thereto by children. Any well, cistern or storage tank maintained in violation of this section is declared to be a nuisance. Violations may be subject to the procedures and penalties of Chapter 9.06 FMC.

(a) 
It is unlawful for any person to throw away any lighted tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, matches, fireworks, or other lighted material within the city of Fircrest.
(b) 
Every conveyance operated through or above the city of Fircrest shall be equipped in each compartment with a suitable receptacle for the disposition of lighted tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, matches, or other flammable material.
(c) 
Any person violating the provision of this section shall be guilty of an infraction and the fine amount will be the amount set forth in RCW 76.93.060.4 as enacted or hereinafter amended, which is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein including penalties.

No person shall willfully or maliciously torment, beat, kick, or strike any dog owned or being used by the police department in the performance of its official duties. No person shall willfully hinder, delay, or obstruct any dog used by a law enforcement officer in discharging or attempting to discharge his official duties. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Every person who shall, by word, sign, or gesture, willfully provoke or attempt to provoke another person to commit an assault or breach of the peace shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

(a) 
Every person who shall make or mend, or cause to be made or mended, or have in his or her possession any engine, machine, tool, false key, master key, adapted or altered key, pick lock, bit, nippers, dent remover, or implement, adapted, designed, or commonly used for the commission of vehicle prowl or vehicle theft under circumstances evidencing an intent to use or employ, or allow the same to be used or employed in the commission of a vehicle prowl or vehicle theft or knowing that the same is or was intended to be so used, shall be guilty of making or having vehicle prowl or vehicle theft tools.

Making or having vehicle prowl or vehicle theft tools is a gross misdemeanor.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle in an inattentive manner over the streets of the city. For the purpose of this section, "inattentive" means the operation of a vehicle upon the streets of the city in such a manner so as to fail to maintain a careful lookout for persons or property in the direction of travel. Any person operating a vehicle in an inattentive manner shall be deemed to have committed an infraction punishable by a fine in the amount of $250.00.
