The following tennis court etiquette must be observed at all times:
(a) 
No profane or objectionable language shall be used in violation of FMC § 10.12.030;
(b) 
No leaning against or jumping over nets;
(c) 
No playing behind courts within fence;
(d) 
No climbing of fence;
(e) 
No skates, skateboards or bicycles are allowed inside courts;
(f) 
No street shoes of any kind on courts;
(g) 
Only tennis players or those waiting to play are permitted within the fence.

The following restrictions on use of the courts are hereby imposed:
(a) 
Play is restricted to two sets or 45 minutes, whichever is shorter, if others are waiting to use courts;
(b) 
Players over 16 years of age have priority over younger players after 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and after 1:00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;
(c) 
Fircrest residents shall have priority on use of the courts at all times over nonresidents, provided nonresidents, having started, may complete their set;
(d) 
Activities sponsored by the city of Fircrest shall have primary priority as directed by the parks and recreation director.
