A. 
Sewer rates residential: Sewer is billed at $46 per unit per quarter. A single-family home is considered one unit.
B. 
Sewer rates per EDU: Sewer is billed at $46 per EDU per quarter.
C. 
Sewer rates metered accounts: Sewer is billed at $46 per 300 gallons per day per quarter.
D. 
Sewer rates nonresidential contract payment:
(1) 
When, in the discretion of the Sewer Utility, a contract payment method for sewer is equitable, the following schedule of rates shall govern. This does not apply to residential uses:

Minimum rate of any contract payment shall be $46 per quarter or $184 per year. Rates are subject to change.
E. 
Collection of sewer fees. Quarterly collection payments shall be made on February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1 of each year. These dates shall be subject to a ten-day grace period.
F. 
Other fees and charges.
(1) 
The charge for the TV equipment shall be $125 per hour on regular working days. A rate of $175 per hour will be charged after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends.
(2) 
The charge for the jet machine will be at a rate of $175 per hour for work in the Township, no minimum. An overtime rate of $250 per hour with a four-hour minimum shall be charged after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends.
(3) 
The charge for the jet machine to be used outside of the Township will be at a rate of $250 per hour, with a minimum of four hours. An overtime rate of $325 per hour with a minimum of four hours shall be charged after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends or holidays.
(4) 
The charge for a service call on weekdays will be at a rate of $85 per hour.
(5) 
The charge for rodding a service lateral on weekdays will be at a rate of $85 per hour. From 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all legal holidays, the charge for service calls and rodding of service laterals will be at double time, plus a minimum of four hours.
G. 
Form fees:
(1) 
Application will be accompanied by a fee of $1,500. The Sewer Department reserves the right to require an escrow for extraordinary review costs starting at $2,000.
(2) 
Filing fee: $500.
Review fee: $3,000 (to be placed in escrow).
(3) 
Filing fee: $250.

Inspection fee: 5% of the approved construction cost.
