If a public transportation project requires the adjustment and/or relocation of the public utility’s infrastructure located within the City, it is the sole responsibility of the public utility owner to perform the required adjustment and/or relocation in accordance with the public transportation project specifications or reimburse the City for the cost to perform the required adjustment and/or relocation of the public utility’s infrastructure.
