A.
Development of property within the City that is subject to the provisions of Title V, Chapter 500, of the City of Truesdale Municipal Code, is subject to the payment of fees for certain requests for zoning changes or conditional use permits. The fee structure as shown below is intended to assist in defraying City staff costs for review processes by the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Board of Aldermen, the City Attorney, and/or the City's Planning Consultant as may be required. The cost associated with publishing a notice in a newspaper of public record when required by State law will be charged to the applicant at its actual cost in addition to the fees listed below:
