City of Ilwaco, WA Chapter 1.12 NONCHARTER CODE CITY CLASSIFICATION ADOPTED

§ 1.12.010 Noncharter code city classification adopted.

There is adopted for the city of Ilwaco, Washington, the classification of noncharter code city retaining the mayor-council plan of government under which the city is currently organized but governed according to Chapter 35A.12 RCW of the Optional Municipal Code.
