A.
Sale and Retail Display. The storage, use, sale, possession, and handling of all fireworks, including, but not limited to, fireworks 1.4G (commonly referred to as "safe and sane" fireworks) and fireworks 1.3G (commonly referred to as "professional" or "display" fireworks) is prohibited.
B.
Exceptions. Fireworks 1.4G and fireworks 1.3G may be permitted as provided in Lake Forest Municipal Code Section 9.144.070.7.
C.
The Fire Chief, Police Chief, Code Enforcement Supervisor, or his/her designee shall cause to be seized, taken, or removed at the expense of the owner all stocks of fireworks offered or exposed for sale, and all fireworks stored or held in violation of the Lake Forest Municipal Code.
