The intent of the C-2 district is to provide for less dense commercial development than that in the C-1 district.

Minimum yard requirements in the C-2 district are as follows:
A. 
Front, fifteen (15) feet from property line;
B. 
Rear, five feet from property line;
C. 
Side, five feet from property line, except that side yards along flanking side streets (i.e., on corner lots) must be not less than fifteen (15) feet.

Commercial, office and other nonresidential uses must make up one hundred percent (100%) of a mixed-use structure’s street frontage. Residential uses may be permitted on the ground floor behind the street frontage area, or above the ground floor commercial use.
