A.
The developer shall pay, at the time of filing an application with the Little Egg Harbor Township Planning and Zoning Boards, the following non-refundable administrative fees to the Township of Little Egg Harbor:
(1)
Proposals involving more than one use shall pay a fee equaling the sum of the fees for the component elements of the proposal. Proposals requiring a combination of approvals such as subdivision, site plan and/or variance shall pay a fee equal to the sum of the fee for each element. Administrative fees for combined application for development shall not exceed $5,000.
(a)
Concept plan for non-binding informal review no cost.
(b)
Minor subdivision: $150.
(d)
Final approval major subdivision: $250.
(e)
Plan revisions. For the revision of any subdivision plan or plans, which have been, granted approval: 50% of the original administrative fee for the stage of application (preliminary or final).
(i)
Plan revisions. For the revision of any site plan or plans which have not been granted approval; 50% of the original fee for the stage of application (preliminary or final).
(j)
Amendment to approved application for development, to include but not be limited to major subdivision and site plans which do not fall within the category of administrative approvals and must be reviewed by the Planning or Zoning Board: $250.
(k)
Minor subdivision plat re-approval. For the re-approval of a minor subdivision plat which has been granted a previous approval 50% of the original fee.
(l)
Administrative approvals: $200.
(m)
Extension of preliminary or final site plan approval: $250.
(n)
Variances and design exceptions:

Interpretation of the Zoning Regulations or Zoning Map: $50.

Hardship or bulk variance: $100.

Use variances: $250.
[5]
Building permit in conflict with Official Map or building permit for lot not related to a street: $100.

Others, including signs and fences: $50.

Exception to design and performance standards: $50.
(p)
Development permits and certificates of occupancy fees: each request for a development permit and a certificate of occupancy shall be accompanied by a payment to the Township of Little Egg Harbor in the amount of $25 for a development permit and $40 per dwelling unit for a certificate of occupancy and $10 for each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area of a non-residential use for a certificate of occupancy.
(q)
Certificate as to approval of subdivision of land: $20.
(r)
Certificate of zoning: $20.
(s)
Change of Zone request: $50.
(t)
Forestry permits. Please refer to § 215-13.4A(5)(e).
(u)
Special meeting requested by applicant: $1,500.
(v)
Reproduction of records:

Duplication of tape recordings: $25 per tape for the first two tapes, and $10 for each additional tape.

Use of tape recording for interested party to make transcript of hearings (appellant to supply his or her own stenographer to make transcript if he or she desires): $25.

Photocopy of any Township minutes or records: $0.75 for the first page to the tenth page; $0.50 per page from the eleventh page to the twentieth page and $0.25 per page for all pages over 20 in number.
(w)
Zoning permits issued in accordance with the provision of this chapter for conducting an accessory use, a home occupation, or a home professional office shall pay an application fee of $75.
(y)
Tree removal permit: $25.
