(a) Registration: $48.00/2 years, partial years pro-rated.
(b) Penalty: Any violations of any provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall receive the below civil penalties:
(1) First offense, not less than: $25.00.
(2) Second and subsequent offenses, not less than: $50.00.
(c) Registrations expired on December 31st of odd-numbered years.
