Dump trailer.
The dump trailer is allowed for citizen use upon presenting an up-to-date water bill for proof of residency. Each citizen may use the trailer twice a year for free. Each additional use will be charged the rates below. Construction materials are not allowed to be hauled by the city owned dump trailer.

Dump trailer fees.
(1) 
Refundable deposit: $100.00.
(2) 
Daily fee: $20.00.
(d) 
Fill dirt.
When available, the city may sell fill dirt at $15.00 per yard for residential use.
