This contract between the city council and the Board of Administration of the California State Employees' Retirement System is approved. A copy of the contract is on file in the office of the city clerk.

A. 
An amendment to the contract between the city council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System, is authorized, a copy of the amendment being attached to the ordinance codified in this section, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part hereof as though set out in full in this chapter.
B. 
The mayor of the city council is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the agency.
