For statutory provisions granting local authorities the power to designate one-way streets, see Vehicle Code § 21657.
A. 
East L Street between the easterly line of First Street and the westerly line of East Second Street in the city of Benicia is declared to be a one-way street; and traffic upon East L Street between the easterly line of First Street and the westerly line of East Second Street shall move from west to east only.
B. 
It is declared that suitable signs, paintings or other devices shall be installed at each point of access to the street indicating that it is unlawful to travel in other than an easterly direction.

A. 
Denfield Avenue between West Tenth Street and West Eleventh Street in the city is declared to be a one-way street, and traffic upon such portion of Denfield Avenue shall move from east to west only.
B. 
It is declared that suitable signs, paintings or other devices shall be installed at each point of access to the avenue indicating that it is unlawful to travel in other than a westerly direction.
