Municipal office areas and employee only designated areas in the Municipal Building, Hefner Hall, Fire Department, and Department of Public Works garage and Water and Sewer Plant located at 7 Freeborn Lane, have been secured and are closed to the public for the purpose of protecting documents, digital data and other written, copied or printed materials that may contain confidential information that is protected by the federal, state or local laws.

A.
All persons who enter into or onto Township owned property, including buildings, structures, and facilities, shall be subject to the following:
(1)
All persons shall have access only to the areas that are open to the public and shall not proceed past any posted sign as provided by this chapter, shall not enter before such time as the property, structure, or facility has been opened to the public, and shall not remain in or on such property after it has been closed to the public.
(2)
All persons who enter such property shall comply with the directions of any Township employee, official, or agent to immediately leave an area that has been designated as a restricted area pursuant to this chapter. Along with posted signage, any such direction shall constitute notice of the conditions of entry imposed by this chapter.
The Township of Allamuchy shall post signs outside of restricted areas that read, "Stop, Restricted Area, Authorized Employees Only."
Persons who trespass these posted, protected offices may be subject to prosecution under N.J.S.A. 2C-18-3.
