City of Fife, WA Chapter 3.73 EMPLOYEE SUGGESTION AWARD PROGRAM

§ 3.73.010 Establishment.

The city establishes a program of awards to stimulate and reward city employees for suggestions that are of benefit to the city hereinafter referred to as the "program." Participation in the program shall be limited to those employees who submit such suggestions in accordance with program rules, regulations and guidelines as adopted by the city council.

§ 3.73.020 Authority to set forth rules, regulations, and guidelines by resolution.

The city council shall establish by resolution rules, regulations, and guidelines as may be necessary and appropriate for the administration of the program.

§ 3.73.030 Program subject to budget allocations.

The program shall be subject to the availability of budgeted funds as determined by the city council each year when setting the annual budget for the city, or any amendments thereto.
