As used in this chapter, "persons subject to court order" means any person, adult or juvenile subject to an order issued by any court in connection with a criminal charge or conviction which regulates his or her conduct within the city of Fife.

Whenever a police officer shall have probable cause to believe that a person, subject to court order, during the effective period of such court order, is, in such officer's presence, and within the city of Fife, violating or failing to comply with requirement or restriction imposed by the court, such officer shall cause the person subject to court order to be brought before the court which imposes such order, and for such purposes, the police officer may arrest such person subject to court order without warning or other process.

Any person subject to court order as defined in this chapter who knows of the order and violates or fails to comply with any requirement or restriction of the order shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
