In accordance with the provisions of § 7-17, the following designated private properties shall be subject to certain traffic regulations of Title 39:

a. Property: Montgomery Woods.

1. Speed limits. The following speed limits shall be established on the following streets or parts of streets:

6. The site plan referenced in Ordinance No. 97-906 and in effect when the regulations governing the above-mentioned private roads were first adopted remains in effect and shall be maintained on file in the office of the Township Clerk.

b. Property: Kings Crossing.

1. Parking.

(a) General parking. All vehicles must park in designated areas between the lines provided.

(b) Prohibited parking. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the following streets or parts of streets:

(b) No stopping or standing. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions:
