A. 
The city council will hold one regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at the Clyde Hill City Hall, located at 9605 NE 24th Street, Clyde Hill, Washington.
B. 
The city council will also hold one study session at 6:00 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Clyde Hill City Hall, located at 9605 NE 24th Street, Clyde Hill, Washington. Although labeled a study session, this meeting meets the requirements of and constitutes a regular meeting of the Clyde Hill city council, where action can be taken and items can be added to the study session agenda.
C. 
The city council, after providing appropriate notice, may hold additional meetings, workshops, study sessions, retreats, or other types of meetings as determined by the city council. These meetings will constitute special meetings of the city council.
D. 
Except when acting in a quasi-judicial capacity, all meetings must comply with the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 42.30 RCW (OPMA), as now enacted or hereafter amended, specifically including, to the extent allowed under the OPMA, remote meetings or meetings where the physical attendance by some or all members of the public is limited.
