In the 1970s, the Hi-Desert Water District (the "district") board of directors (the "board") established committees for members to accomplish some work prior to the board reviewing an item and/or conduct activities in the interest of the district.
The board has established a list of committees identified by topics related to district business in the form of standing committees.
(Res. 18-02; Res. 22-09 Exh. A; Res. 22-20 Exh. A)
The standing committees are listed as follows: engineering, finance, legislative/public information, and human resources.
