§ 17.52.010 Private dwellings.

Sewage from private dwellings outside the city limits may be discharged into the Richland municipal sewer system only after a permit has been issued by the city engineer.

Sewage from other than private dwellings outside the city limits may be discharged into the Richland municipal sewer system only after a contract has been entered into with the city.
