Prior to approval of any land division, such as short subdivisions, preliminary long plats, and boundary line adjustments within shoreline jurisdiction, the city shall document compliance with bulk and dimensional standards as well as policies and regulations of the shoreline master program, and attach appropriate conditions and/or mitigating measures to such approvals to ensure the design, development activities, and future use associated with such lands are consistent with the shoreline master program. A prohibition on individual private docks shall be imposed on all land divisions.
