The planning board established under section 4 of chapter 5 of this charter may make recommendations to the select board on all matters concerning the physical, economic and environmental development of the town, as prescribed by the General Laws and this charter.
8-1-2
The Board shall be responsible for the development and periodic updating of a comprehensive plan, which shall be utilized as the basis of all planning activities, procedures, and recommendations in the Town.
8-1-3
A copy of the comprehensive plan shall be kept available for inspection at the office of the Town Administrator, Town Clerk and Public Library.
