Village of Irvington, NY Article VIIB Reserved Parking for Senior Center Patrons

§ 213-29.9 Purpose.

The purpose of this section is to ensure adequate and convenient parking for senior patrons utilizing the Village of Irvington Senior Center located at 29 Bridge Street.

§ 213-29.10 Designation of reserved parking area; hours of restriction.

The parking lot adjacent to the Irvington Senior Center shall be reserved between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays, for the sole use of senior residents attending programs, activities or services at the Irvington Senior Center.

§ 213-29.11 Eligibility; display of permit.

A. Spaces in the reserved parking area shall be available to any individual registered and in good standing with the Irvington Senior Center.

B. Vehicles using the reserved parking area must display a valid "Senior Center Parking Permit" issued by Irvington Senior Center Staff.

§ 213-29.12 Enforcement; fines.

A. Parking in a designated Senior Center space without a valid Senior Center Parking Permit shall constitute a violation of this Code.

B. The fine for improperly parking in the Senior Center Reserved Parking area shall be not less than $30.
