It is unlawful to allow cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, or fowl to stray unattended on any city street, sidewalk, alley, or park.

Persons wishing to dispose of unwanted cats may surrender them to the animal control officer after paying the appropriate fee set by the county for their disposal.
