§ 16.20.010 Public hearing and notice procedure.

Whenever a public hearing is held pursuant to this title, notice thereof shall be given as provided in Section 66451.3 of the Subdivision Map Act.

§ 16.20.020 Appeals.

The subdivider may appeal any action of the planning commission with respect to a tentative map to the city council. Such an appeal and the hearing thereon shall be conducted in the manner provided by Section 66452.5(a), (b), and (c) of the Government Code and FMC § 16.20.010.
