It shall be the duty of the city employees to give vigilant aid to the superintendent in the enforcement of the provisions of Chapters 14.52 through 14.92 PMC, and to this end shall report all violations thereof which may come to their knowledge.

The superintendent shall cause a reward of $100.00 to be paid to any person securing the conviction of any person violating any provisions of this chapter.
