WAC 296-150B-200 through 296-150B- 300 (Standards for Mobile Homes, Commercial Coaches and Recreational Vehicles) are adopted by reference as the installation requirements for mobile homes in the city.

The provisions of the Code of Federal Regulations (24 CFR 3280), April 1995, and as hereafter amended, are adopted by reference for the sole purpose of serving as a guideline for the inspection of mobile home installation as provided for and required by PMC § 18.14.010.
