A. 
The city council shall meet regularly at 6:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month and at such other times as meetings shall be specifically called by the council, or the regular meeting may adjourn to another time for the transaction of the city business. In the event any regular meeting date falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held the following day.
B. 
Special meetings of the city council may be held at any time upon the call of the mayor or a majority of the members of city council.
C. 
Notices, agendas, and postings for the meetings shall meet the requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act, Government Code Sections 54950 et seq., as amended.
