There is hereby established a change fund for the town in the amount of $100.00.

The clerk/treasurer will be the custodian of the change fund and will keep the money under lock and key at all times.

The town change fund will be initially funded by the current expense fund.

Funds in the change fund shall only be used for the purpose of providing change to the citizens who provide payment in cash to the town for which money is due back to the citizen.
