Town of Yarrow Point, WA Chapter 8.32 FIREWORKS

§ 8.32.010 Prohibited.

The use, firing, exploding, or discharge of "common fireworks," as defined in RCW 70.77.136, is prohibited within the town of Yarrow Point.

§ 8.32.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall have committed a civil infraction and shall be liable for the payment of a civil penalty in the amount of $250.00 for each violation.
