Failure to perform any act required or the performance of any act prohibited by this title is designated as an infraction, and may not be classified as a criminal offense, except for offenses as hereafter stated, or otherwise stated as a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor in the specific section:

YPMC § 11.04.010, relating to filing false information and concealment of pertinent facts;
B. 
YPMC § 11.04.020, relating to release from arrest on written notice to appear;
C. 
YPMC § 11.04.030, relating to aiding and abetting;
D. 
YPMC § 11.08.020, relating to obstructions, moving same;
E. 
YPMC § 11.28.060, relating to herbicides;
F. 
RCWs adopted and incorporated by reference which are specifically designated as misdemeanors or gross misdemeanors.
