Small wireless facility permit decisions made by the town representative are final decisions appealable to the hearing examiner within 30 days of such decision. However, decisions on requests for new poles for the siting of small wireless facilities, as outlined in YPMC §
17.30.160, are determined by the planning commission at a public hearing. Such decisions on new poles are final and appealable to the town council within 30 days of such decision. The timely filing of an appeal of a wireless communication facility permit decision shall stay the effective date of the decision until such time as the appeal is concluded or withdrawn.
