Be it resolved, that the Supervisor is authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of the Fire Commissioners of the Bay Shore Fire Protection District for the year 2026 wherein the Fire Commissioners of the Bay Shore Fire Protection District shall provide fire protection services for the residents and persons within the Bay Shore Fire Protection District for the year 2026 for a first semi-annual payment in the amount of $1,258,277.00 and a second semi-annual payment in the amount of $1,258,277.00 for a total of $2,516,554.00 for the year, plus reimbursement for the costs required under the Volunteer Firemen's Benefit Law, allocable to the Bay Shore Fire Protection population, estimated at $42,406.00.
