All block corners, angle points, and points of curve, and all corners of boundary lines of the subdivision shall be marked with concrete monuments.

The exact intersection point on the monument shall be marked by a three-fourths inch (3/4") diameter galvanized iron pipe three feet in length with the top of the pipe flush with the top of the concrete which shall be flush with the existing ground surface.
