(a) 
Rectangular single-family residential lots shall have a width of at least fifty feet (50').
(b) 
Rectangular lots containing two to four residential units, multi-family and businesses shall have a width of at least one hundred feet (100').
(c) 
All lots shall have depth of at least one hundred feet (100'), exclusive of utility easements, unless otherwise approved by the City Council.
(d) 
Radial single-family residential lots shall have a minimum width of fifty feet (50') frontage on the street. Rectangular lots containing two to four residential units, multi-family and businesses shall have a width of at least one hundred feet (100').
(e) 
All lots shall have a minimum of five thousand (5,000) square feet.
(f) 
Corner residential lots shall have a minimum width ten feet (10') greater than the adjacent lot except on a thoroughfare, collector, freeway, or tollway, then they shall have a width fifteen feet (15') greater than the width of the adjacent lot.
(g) 
Lots facing a thoroughfare, collector, freeway, or tollway shall be at least ten feet (10') deeper than average interior lot depths facing a local street.
(h) 
In general, lots on one side of a street shall not be offset from the lots on the opposite side of the street.
(i) 
Each lot shall front upon a public street or a private street built to public street standards. Lots of irregular shape shall have a frontage of at least thirty-five feet (35') unless otherwise approved by the City Council.
(j) 
Side of lot lines shall be substantially at right angles to straight street lines and radial to curved street lines.
(k) 
Patio home lots must be at least forty-five feet (45') wide and eighty feet (80') deep and contain at least three thousand six hundred (3,600) square feet, including utility easements.
