(a)
Any person violating any of the provisions of Sections 4-03-1135 and 4-03-1200 of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in Section 125 of this Code. Any person or entity guilty of such a violation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day such violation is committed, continued or permitted.
(b)
Any person violating any of the provisions of Sections 4-03-1130, 4-03-1131, 4-03-1140, 4-03-1145, 4-03-1150, and 4-03-1260 of this Chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable as provided in Section 125 of this Code. Any person or entity guilty of such a violation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day such violation is committed, continued or permitted.
